We spend a lot of time at our desks, so I highly recommend investing in a good standing desk to allow you to change your posture throughout the day. You don’t necessarily need to buy a complete desk—personally, I just purchased adjustable legs and used an old door as the desktop. Having the ability to alternate between sitting and standing has significantly improved my posture and reduced back pain. It’s a simple change that can make a big difference!

A fantastic game for 5 to 10 players, where strategy and deception take center stage.
Players are divided into two teams:
🔵 Arthur’s Warriors (Blue Team) – fighting for truth and justice.
🔴 Mordred’s Minions (Red Team) – working in secret to sabotage the quest.
Together, you embark on missions, trying to uncover who is truly loyal to Arthur and who is secretly working for Mordred. If the quests succeed, Arthur’s Warriors claim victory. But if deception prevails, Mordred’s Minions win.

This book gave me the framework for building this website and shifted my mindset from being a consumer to becoming a producer. Highly recommend—10/10!
